The 3M™ Protecta® Rebel™ 3100510 Twin-Leg Self-Retracting Lifeline (SRL) is a lightweight, personal fall arrest system engineered to provide continuous 100% tie-off protection while working at height. Designed with two independent 6-foot polyester web lifelines, an integrated harness quick connector, and self-locking steel snap hooks, this SRL allows workers to remain connected while moving between anchor points, improving safety and mobility on the jobsite. The 3100510 replaces the previous model 3100412, making it an ideal replacement for existing Protecta® systems.

Unlike traditional shock-absorbing lanyards, the Rebel™ SRL automatically extends and retracts as the user moves, reducing slack that can contribute to trip hazards while helping minimize free-fall distance. A rapid speed-sensing braking system activates within inches during a fall, while the external energy absorber helps reduce arrest forces transmitted to the worker.
