DBI Sala ShockWave™ 2 100% Tie-Off Lanyard with D-Ring for SRL attachment
DBI Sala's Shockwave 2 Lanyard with D-Ring for SRL attachments solves the problem when there are applications where a worker needs to have a lanyard and an SRL simultaneously attached to the back d-ring of the harness. Per OSHA regulation 1926.502 Section d – “snap hooks shall not be engaged to a d-ring to which another snap hook or other connector is attached”. This means that you can’t put both an SRL snap hook and a lanyard snap hook simultaneously into the back d-ring of the harness. However, with this d-ring extension incorporated to the Shockwave2 lanyard, the SRL can be connected to this extension while the lanyard remains attached to the back d-ring of the harness.
