Shipping
Durawear.com ships exclusively via UPS. Generally orders are shipped within one business day Monday through Friday. UPS charges are calculated based on the total weight and destination zip code of your order. Shortly after your order is prepared for shipping you will be notified via e-mail with a UPS tracking number. Use the map below to determine approximate shipping time for UPS Ground service. We also offer expedited shipping options available at checkout.
Even though we hate to say no, these are some things we can NOT do.
Guarantee next day delivery. (UPS can do this)
Ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO.
Ship internationally to Puerto Rico.
Returns & Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your product within 14 days of when your order was delivered. Being a wholesaler and to keep our pricing as low as possible for the customer a 20% restocking fee will be applied for all returns unless you choose to exchange your product. Also due to the liability and sensitivity of the safety items we distribute, such as electronics, sensors, fall protection, chemical restant footwear and other safety apparel items, they may not be returnable or as stated earlier will be charged a 20% restock fee. If you have any questions regarding the return policy for your items please contact customer service before you complete your purchase.
New unworn apparel, gloves & footwear must be returned in its original undamaged packaging. All unopened merchandise will be refunded in the same manner it was paid for (shipping charges are non refundable and you will be responsible for the return shipping charges)
Exchange:
If you wish to return or exchange an item, call us at 1.800.949.7233 or email us at admin@durawear.com to receive authorization. Durawear will allow a one time size or color exchange of the same item. All products returned must have a return authorization number or your package will be refused and returned to you without a refund.
Pack your return in the original or other suitable carton so as not to be damaged by the courier you selected.
* Please note that orders on specific products during a domestic or international pandemic outbreak, natural disaster or terrorist attack cannot be canceled and are non-returnable once the product has been shipped from our warehouse. ("Shipped" is defined as once your order has been assigned a UPS Tracking number) If you have any questions regarding this policy please contact customer service for specific details before you place your order.
In the event that a claim is made that the product purchased through Durawear.com is defective or fails and your purchase may be covered under the manufacturers warranty, and as the customer you request a replacement shipment before the original product is returned, Durawear.com has the right under our terms and conditions to authorize and process the original credit card used to make the initial purchase for the full amount of the replacement product. A full refund will be issued once the defective or failed product/s is returned and can be verified that it is covered under the manufacturers and Durawear.com warranty.
Durawear has the right under our terms and conditions to charge a twenty percent (20%) restock fee on any returned product. Please contact customer service for details. The customer must follow the provided RMA instruction which will be provided directly through the manufacturer or Durawear.com.
